Acsenda School of Management is committed to supporting the wellbeing of our students. Through our partnership with No Fear Counselling, we provide confidential, professional counselling services free of charge to all enrolled students.

Wednesdays 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM - Room 232 Walk-ins welcome
Students can meet with a Registered Clinical Counsellor for one-on-one support in a safe and private environment. Sessions can help with a wide range of concerns, including academic stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, identity issues, and more.

In addition to in-person appointments, students may choose to connect with a therapist via video or phone.

Students are also encouraged to explore the following gender-informed mental health platforms:
Your partner on the path to mental wellness.
Dear Eliza is a platform designed specifically for female-identifying students, offering personalized support, expert articles, and mental health resources tailored to women’s unique experiences. With compassionate care and evidence-based approaches, it helps you build resilience, balance, and emotional well-being.
Women are in a unique position in today’s world. Whatever your life trajectory maybe – you don’t need to handle it alone. Our expert therapists specialize in women’s mental health, dedicated to supporting and uplifting you every step of the way.
Manifest is a platform designed to support male-identifying students through practical tools, self-help tips, and evidence-based therapy. Whether you’re managing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or looking to enhance your mental performance, Manifest offers targeted workshops and strategies to help you build resilience, emotional strength, and mental clarity.
We use coaching and counselling best practices to create a practical program that helps guys untangle their emotions so they can feel better.
For most students, post-secondary education is a time of mixed emotions as they learn to navigate a new routine, gain more independence, and balance competing social and academic priorities. The good news is, you don’t have to do it alone!
Here2Talk connects students with mental health support when they need it. Through this program, all students – domestic or international – currently registered in a B.C. post-secondary institution have access to free, confidential counselling and community referral services, conveniently available 24/7 via app, phone and web.
For your convenience, we provide counselling and support services in various languages upon request. We will try our best to match people to support in their preferred language.
