REES331 – Foundations of Real Estate Appraisal
Introduces the principles of real estate property appraisal theory and practice. Students learn the steps and techniques of property valuation, including highest and best use analysis and the three approaches to value (direct comparison, cost, and income). The course emphasizes the reconciliation process and effective reporting of appraisal findings using appropriate formats.
