Real-World Insights: Transforming Real Estate Education

The Real Estate Management (REM) Program at Acsenda School of Management continues to create transformative experiences for students by organizing quarterly building tours, connecting academic learning with real-world applications.

The most recent tour, coordinated by Richard Morden of QuadReal, brought students to Commerce Place. Guided by Neil Fawcett, REM Program Director, alongside the talented QuadReal team, students gained exclusive insights into the intricate operations of property management.

Highlights of the tour included behind-the-scenes access to vacant tenant spaces, a showcase of building amenities, and a look into the mechanical systems that keep the property running seamlessly. This hands-on experience offered students a deeper understanding of the complexities involved in managing commercial properties.

We extend our gratitude to the QuadReal team for their incredible support:

At Acsenda, our commitment to “Connecting People with Professions” ensures that students not only learn but also experience the realities of their industries.

Stay tuned for future tours as we continue bridging the gap between education and professional success!
