Sales Associate / Barista

• Compensation: $18.25 per hour + tips

• Warmly greet and assist guests with friendly, professional customer service.
• Prepare espresso-based drinks, specialty coffees, teas, and beverages to brand standards.
• Assemble sandwiches and prepare bakery items in strict accordance with food safety regulations.
• Package baked goods carefully to preserve presentation and visual appeal.
• Process cash, debit, credit, and digital POS transactions accurately.
• Restock bakery displays, merchandise items, and manage product rotation using FIFO principles.
• Maintain clean, sanitized, and organized dining, counter, and workstation spaces.
• Uphold all health, hygiene, and workplace sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily flow and promptly report any equipment, quality, or safety concerns.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced café environment with high attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of safe food handling procedures.
• Comfortable performing physical and repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Previous experience in a bakery, café, or coffee shop setting is an asset.
• FoodSafe Level 1 certification is considered an asset.
