International Students
Vancouver is one of the most beautiful and culturally diverse cities in Canada making it an ideal location for international students. It can be difficult for students to adjust to a higher education program in English and in a new country. Our small campus environment is warm, welcoming and safe. You will find a more personal approach to learning and to student service.
The students at Acsenda School of Management come from many different parts of the world. In addition to strong business fundamentals, our degree programs emphasize learning about global business practices and how to work with people from different cultures.

Math Diagnostics Test (MDT)
Given that applicants from high schools abroad and some post-secondary institution transfers come with different levels of quantitative skill, the purpose of the Math Diagnostics Test (MDT) is to identify a student’s quantitative skill deficiencies and for the Registrar to decide if the student is eligible to meet the requirements for enrolment in Business Mathematics (BADM120) or in Basic Mathematics (BMTH099).
This test is designed to determine the level of math proficiency of the students and verify whether or not they need to take Basic Math as a pre-requisite before taking BADM120 (Business Mathematics) or as a “refresher’s course” to bring them up to speed to handle the rigor of the quantitative courses in the BBA & BHM programs (Business Math, Statistics, Management Science, Accounting & Finance)
