Currently serving as the Banquet and Culinary Supervisor at Moxies West Georgia, Michelle demonstrates an firm passion for hospitality. Michelle’s leadership and professionalism are evident in every aspect of her work, as she consistently goes above and beyond expectations.
Chef Leonardo Tobias, a respected voice in the hospitality community, praised Michelle’s dedication and work ethic, noting her remarkable ability to balance a full-time internship at Moxies with her academic commitments. Despite the challenges of managing both a demanding job and rigorous coursework, Michelle earned a well-deserved spot on the Dean’s List while pursuing her degree in Hospitality Management at Acsenda.
