At ASM, ensuring the safety and security of students, employees, and visitors on campus is our highest priority.
Surveillance Monitoring: A network of CCTV cameras on campus is actively monitored to enhance situational awareness and support timely responses to incidents.
Incident Response: Trained staff respond swiftly and professionally to emergencies, disturbances, and reports of suspicious behavior.
First Aid Assistance: Certified team members are equipped to provide immediate first aid support until emergency medical services arrives.
Emergency Coordination: Acsenda collaborates with Park Place Security during fire alarms, lockdowns, evacuations, and other emergency events to ensure safety and clear communication.
Policy Enforcement: Security personnel help uphold building policies and contribute to a respectful and inclusive environment within Acsenda and Park Place.
OHS Committee: Acsenda has a trained and dedicated Occupational Health and Safety committee in place to manage and review any health and safety concerns or issues on campus.

Notification of Closure
In the event of a closure, all students, faculty, staff, and student workers will be notified via email. A notice will also be posted on the Acsenda website (acsenda.com), official social media channels, and the MyASM portal. For further details, please refer to the relevant institutional policies.
Acsenda School of Management has set up a lost and found box as a courtesy to the campus community. This is located at the student lounge.
For any electronics or important valuables found by staff, these are usually stored at the front desk until collected by the rightful owner.
Please note that ASM staff are not responsible for any stolen or lost items left on campus.
Items turned in are kept for at least 3 months. Unclaimed items within the 3-month period are discarded or donated.
Park Place provides Public Pay Parking in partnership with Precise Park Link.
The parkade can be accessed through Hornby Street.

The building lobby is open to the public from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday (except on statutory holidays).
Please note that access cards are required to enter the building after-hours.
To conserve energy, the lighting system at Park Place is programmed to turn on and off at scheduled times. The typical programming for each floor is based on the building hours of operations.
