Brian Amouzegar’s presentation on “TQM Frameworks: Implementation and Sustainability” at the 2015 Western Manufacturing Technology Show on June 17, 2015 was well received and sparked various discussions among attendees.

“It is easy to demonstrate that the production of quality goods and services enhances productivity and fiscal well-being of an organization. Many organizations find it difficult to find ways to introduce TQM into their organization. Others, find it challenging to sustain TQM deployment over the long term. This research-based presentation will provide practical information on the choices of TQM frameworks, their implementation opportunities and challenges, as well as tips on ensuring that they don’t turn into the flavors of the month and fade away.”
