Acsenda School of Management, established in 2004, is one of Canada’s highly acclaimed institutions for management studies, offering competitive undergraduate degrees in both business administration and hospitality management. It delivers high quality programs to international students from over 40 different countries. Ascenda prepares students for the international business climate, by prioritising the global job market.
By joining BPP Education Group, Acsenda School of Management will continue to deliver and develop excellent programs, with quality of delivery continuing to be a prime focus. The partnership with BPP Education Group will allow Acsenda School of Management the ability to expand its offering to serve the changing demands of both the growing domestic and international business environment.
The acquisition of Acsenda School of Management will help to facilitate BPP Education Group’s growth strategy of expanding into other geographies, including Canada, facilitated by the acquisition of quality institutions. BPP Education Group conducted an extensive search for existing institutions and found Acsenda’s vision, mission and approach to education closely aligned with that of BPP Education Group. This links to BPP Education Group’s future growth strategy which, with the backing from their sponsor TDR Capital, looks to expand its portfolio and geographical reach with the strategic acquisition of relevant education businesses.
