Acsenda School of Management, in conjunction with Drawdown BC, is excited to announce a joint microcredential in environmental awareness, sustainability and climate action. The goals of this project are to provide meaningful opportunities for Acsenda students to increase climate change awareness, connect with local communities and develop initiatives that help to bring positive change.
Acsenda is a higher educational, internationally-focused institution which places a high value on social responsibility. Its goal is to develop industry leaders who wield a strong sense of awareness and concern for environmental issues and can contribute positively to society through their professions and community service.
Drawdown BC is a provincially based organization which offers opportunities to every person, family, community, and business in British Columbia to learn about research-based Project Drawdown solutions to the climate crisis and reverse global warming.
The goal of Drawdown BC is to educate, engage, and inspire citizens to put into action known and proven solutions to the climate crisis, and build a thriving, just, and sustainable BC and world for all.
