Michael has held Director positions in Food & Beverage, Catering, Human Resources, Sales & Marketing, as well as serving as an Assistant General Manager and then General Manager. Michael’s employers have included: Delta Hotels, Holiday Inns, University of Guelph, Best Western and private Golf and Country Clubs.
Michael is a member of the Club Managers Society, Canadian Association of Food Professionals and was the Vice President of the Vancouver Food and Beverage Directors Association. Michael completed the Executive Cohort Program at VCC, receiving his Bachelors in Hospitality Management. He is also a certified Food Service Professional.
